No problem getting an appointment this morning. Face to face appointment with Dr Laura, she’s very thorough and professional. Keele is the best doctors practice I have ever been a patient of.

Telephone consultation with Dr O’Byrne was really helpful in understanding my current medical needs and future plans. Subsequent need to book appropriate appointments was well handled by reception staff.

Wonderful service from this practice! Having recently moved to the area we registered and I was offered a check-up as part of the registration by the very helpful and polite reception staff - all of whom are doing a great job! My appointment with Dr O’Byrne was great - not rushed and he genuinely listened to my health concerns and referred me right away with really helpful advice. Gives me great confidence in ever needing to come back! Thank you.
